Welcome

I help high school and college students—and young adults—build the executive function skills they need to thrive in school, at home, and in life. Whether your student is falling behind, overwhelmed with responsibilities, or preparing for life after high school, coaching can provide the structure, tools, and accountability they need to build the essential executive function skills that will carry them through school and into life.

How I Help

With the right support, students can learn to take charge of their responsibilities—both in and out of the classroom. By developing key executive function skills, they become more organized, manage their time more effectively, set goals they care about, and follow through with greater consistency.

The college process can be overwhelming—especially for students who struggle with planning, time management, and follow-through. I help students build the executive function skills needed to manage college tasks with greater confidence and independence. I also partner with Dr. Marci Schwartz, Thrive College Counseling, to assess executive function readiness, offering insight into where a student stands as they approach college placement.

Executive function coaching helps young adults navigate life transitions with greater clarity, structure, and independence. Whether you're preparing for college, taking a gap year, starting a career, or figuring out your next step, coaching provides personalized support to help you stay organized, manage your time, and build momentum.

How It Works

Free Consultation

A free 30-minute chat where we’ll get to know each other, talk about your needs, answer any questions you have, and see if coaching is the right fit to support your goals.

Executive Function Survey

After we decide to work together, you’ll complete a 20–30 minute survey designed for both the student and parent, providing a clear snapshot of the student’s executive function skills in managing academic, personal, and daily responsibilities. This insight gives us a solid starting point to develop the skills needed for success in high school, college, and beyond.

Discovery Session

This 60-minute discovery session is our chance to get started together. We’ll meet with both the student and parent to chat about how coaching works, review survey results and plan how we’ll support growth as a team. Then, together, the student and I will clarify goals, identify challenges, and start building a trusting partnership as we map out the first steps for upcoming coaching sessions.

Weekly Virtual Coaching

After our Discovery session, we will meet in a tailored weekly virtual session to begin working on coaching goals. Virtual coaching offers flexible, consistent support that moves with your student through life transitions like college.  Sessions are kept short—around 30 minutes—to help maintain focus, especially for students with ADHD or those recovering from online learning fatigue, using interactive tools to keep students engaged.
